WHAT IS THE PSI CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINING PROGRAM?
Funded by the D.C. Department of Human Services – Office of Early Childhood Development, the program offers
Red Cross approved-CPR and First Aid training to providers in D.C.
licensed child care centers and family child care homes.
WHO NEEDS CPR AND
FIRST AID TRAINING?
D.C. Law requires that child care
providers have current First Aid and CPR certificates.
WHEN IS THE TRAINING OFFERED?
Check the PSI Training Calendar using the link below. Choose either one week end day for 8 hours or
two evenings for 4 hours each.
WHERE IS THE
TRAINING HELD?
PSI offers CPR and First Aid Training
at its two centers:
701 L Street, S.E. (across from the
Navy Yard)
3170 Bladensburg Road, NE (across from Ft. Lincoln)
Easy access to public transportation.
On street parking available.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE TRAINING?
All providers in D.C. licensed child care centers or licensed family child
care homes.
