Our mission is to help implement PSI's goals and policies by recruiting and selecting staff appropriate for their tasks; by providing opportunities for ongoing staff training; by managing ongoing staff assessments and follow-up; and by responding to changing staff requirements.

The staff of the Human Resources Department aim to address staff needs daily, insure the stability of the workforce and maintain staff morale. The Human Resources Department has an open door policy; its staff are available to employees for personal counseling, job coaching, career counseling, benefits counseling and referral.
