Annual Black History and Community Service Award Luncheon

INDIANA, February 25, 2003 -- Celebrating its 3rd Annual Black History and
Community Service Awards,Foster care and human service agency PSI Family Services of
Indiana honored 12 members of the Gary community. PSI salutes the following
members of the Gary community for their outstanding service over the last year.

As a respected and active member of the Gary community, PSI
shows its appreciation for community service with this annual award. The theme
of this year's program is "Celebrating leadership yesterday, today and
tomorrow." The program opened at noon with greetings by PSI Family Services
Executive Director, Alfred Barrow. Lyrics to "Lift Every Voice and
Sing" were distributed with the awards luncheon program and everyone was
able to join in the singing of the Black National Anthem.
